It also helps you understand, in simple terms, the world of personal finance and investing, especially if you have had only limited exposure up until now. At the restaurant, one of you always orders the second-cheapest dish. And if it results in an argument, it's not really about money. Two three-hour sessions, as a couple, to finally talk about your areas of misalignment and silence.

Parents, adult children, and why not grandparents. A six-hour day around the same table: what will be bequeathed beyond the money, an open conversation before it is too late.
